The base of Vitus Financial Company is the financial structure, comprising Vitus Investment Company Ltd., Vitus Management Company Ltd., AKB Perminvestbank JSC, Vitus Ltd., and Ctoik Ltd. Today, the company offers broking, on-line trading, trust management, collective investments, bill business, banking services and financial consulting services.
Devexperts implemented WebBank software system for Vitus Financial Company (rated A by Stock Market Traders National Association), which accordingly to the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) list is included in the top 20 of Russia's biggest investment companies. The Web Bank system is intended for investment company clients’ service via Internet and in compliance with Russian legislation.
Vitus experts chose Devexperts software after they had provided the thorough quality assurance of the systems, already implemented by Devexperts. The technical requirements included means for sending non-trading orders as well as receiving and accepting reports and other documents.
In February 2006, the system was commercially released, after which the Vitus Investment Company clients proceeded with fully electronic data processing.
