Business Development/Lead Generation Specialist

The Business development/ lead generation specialist is responsible for the whole presale process and lead generation for the sales team. We are looking for an experienced lead generation professional, who can deliver measurable success. The role involves working closely with the sales representatives and the marketing department under the supervision of Sales administration. We look to expand our business in new regions, territories and segments for the company, hence, we need support in generating and warming up leads. 

Daily tasks include:

  • perform all kinds of research: market, product, segments, campaigns;
  • preparation, execution and reporting of lead generation campaigns Worldwide;
  • research- based selling: performing the research work for sales representatives;
  • maintain and update the CRM system;
  • managing the whole event participation cycle: research, campaigns, securing meetings for sales people, etc. 
  • partnership generation and management;
  • support in the whole sales process;
  • perform other duties related to sales as assigned.

The ideal candidate must have: 

  • lead generation experience,  ideally in an international environment at least 3-5 years;
  • good understanding of the IT selling methodology; 
  • great CRM (Salesforce) skills;
  • the person should be extremely well organized, in order to follow through with the wide variety of topics, issues, departments.
