We are looking for a person to take care about out Istanbul office. Office Manager will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and providing administrative supports to employees and visitors.  

Responsibilities:

  • overseeing every day office operation, greeting visitors
  • reception and distribution of phone calls
  • dealing with official communication, such as incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
  • administration of the office and logistics support – couriers‚ transport‚ visitors support etc.
  • managing office supplies inventory
  • organization of corporate events
  • support the CEO in administrative duties, arranging CEO’s schedule and travel reservations
  • providing necessary support related to arranging meetings and teleconferences
  • organizing daily/weekly plans and preparing the agenda for the meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • fluent English
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul
