Devexa Updates: Integration into Any Website, AI Rewrite, Discord Integration

Hello everyone! We’re excited to share the latest news about Devexa, our intelligent chatbot with you. We are also announcing an AI Rewrite feature — a built-in grammar helper and translator for your support needs. And one more integration — Devexa’s bot is now available in Discord. Integration into any website

As you know, our chatbot widget can be integrated into DXtrade, serving as an intelligent assistant that performs various actions related to trading activity. However, in addition to trading platforms, Devexa can also be integrated into any kind of website or landing page.

Of course, in this case, the overall design of the chatbot should match the general style and elements of the website. 

Our team tailors the appearance so that the style seamlessly blends with the other elements and pages of your resource, whether it’s an educational website, a financial media service, or a knowledge base.

Typically, chatbots on websites are used to answer questions in a live support mode, which Devexa can easily do. But let’s not forget that Devexa is not just a live chatbot but an AI-driven one: the powerful AI under the hood allows Devexa to learn information directly from the website or any other provided source like knowledge base, FAQ, etc. This ensures that the chatbot can provide your customers with more concise, relevant information and clear answers on the fly. AI Rewrite can be extremely useful for operators to correct their replies before sending them. An operator can even respond in the customer’s natural language without the need for specific language skills. The process itself requires minimal attention and involvement from the operator: Devexa corrects phrases in real-time with a single click, making the reply grammatically correct and appropriately polite.

By the way, Rewrite can also be used when you need to prepare and send out informational messages or trading insights to your customers using the Broadcasting feature. 

Discord integration

Another integration that we would like to announce today — Devexa and Discord. 

Devexa has officially integrated with Discord — a platform where many current and potential customers manage communities with thousands of members. 

With this integration:

• Discord communities can ask Devexa questions and receive answers in real time from Devexa’s advanced knowledge base automation or from a live support agent.
• Customers can engage with their community in a more streamlined way — Devexa’s broadcasting capabilities (sending mass messages, trading signals, polls).

This is a significant milestone as we expand Devexa’s capabilities and reach across different platforms where our clients are most active.
