Devexa Updates: Wealth Management Charts, Premium Broadcast, Eye-Catcher Feature November 27, 2024 Hello everyone! Today, we’re excited to introduce the latest enhancements to Devexa that directly address the growing need for wealth management solutions within the fintech industry. This time we’re introducing wealth management charts, the ability to broadcast premium content in Devexa, and also Devexa’s Eye-catcher feature. Keep on reading for details. Wealth management charts Wealth management is a significant niche within the fintech sector, which has surpassed the retail brokerage industry in terms of market size. As part of this expansion, we recognize that many of our clients are blending both business models – offering brokerage and wealth management services. Devexa now offers a suite of simple visual reports that clients can request directly through the chat and receive in real-time. These reports are designed to enhance the user experience and provide valuable insights: Historical chart of the client’s portfolio valuation. Clients can easily track the historical performance of their portfolio. This feature is not directly related to wealth management but is beneficial for any brokerage firm. Current client’s portfolio breakdown by asset class. This standard feature in wealth management is now available in real-time through the chatbot. It offers clarity and instant insight into asset allocations. Gain/Loss summary. Clients can view a comprehensive summary of their gains and losses over selected time periods. This is also a valuable tool for brokerage firms providing a clear financial overview. Broadcasting the premium content In addition to standard mass messaging, Devexa has acquired the ability to create and distribute paid content/messages. Administrators can set the header, cost, and description of the premium content through the Admin panel. Creating a paid message for a group of accounts Premium content is distributed in the same way as standard content, except that it is hidden until the user pays the specified amount to reveal the message in chat. It is important to note that users can pay directly – Devexa will deduct the amount from the user’s balance without the need to enter credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment method details. Eye-catcher feature We’ve added another tab to the admin panel to let you customize the Devexa widget even further—Eye-catcher. Once enabled, it is triggered when a user tries to leave a website where Devexa is integrated, or after a certain amount of time spent on the site. Eye-catcher settings in the Admin panel The widget will display a notification with your customized message, inviting the user to try some of the commands. This is a great way to draw attention to the widget and encourage the user to try it out. Eye-catcher shows the inviting message That’s it for this update!
